General Shareholders’ Meeting: Unibank's performance for 2015 is summed up and the strategic goals for 2016 are set

06/03/2016 Board Chairman Gagik Zakaryan and Executive Board Chairman Vardan Atayan in «Armenia» TV news speak about Unibank's shareholders' annual general meeting, strong growth in activity and new issuance of ordinary shares worth 2.8 billion drams.

In accordance with the Development Strategy, Unibank expects its deposits share in the banking sector to grow up to 9% by 2020, the share in retail business - up to 13% and in SME lending - up to 9.5%. The customer database is expected to enlarge up to 430,000 clients, the capital is to increase up to 42 billion drams and the profit - 5 billion drams.
