Unibank wins Visa award as leading in card issuance

11/28/2019 Unibank has become the winner of Visa international payment system  in the nomination of the «Largest Visa Issuance in Armenia» for its leading position in the issuance of Visa cards in Armenia. The ceremony of awarding the participants of Recognition Award was held on November 27, in Yerevan. 

In the end of November, 2019, the number of cards issued by Unibank was more than 382 000, 191 000 of which were Visa. The Bank’s infrastructure of card maintenance serves 120 ATMs and 226 POS-terminals all over the country.

Unibank issues multi-currency Visa cards assuming the attachment of different accounts in different currencies to one card. The Bank offers all the card categories, Visa Infinite inclusive, which provides its clients with an opportunity to make use of international medical aid, insurance and concierge services in a 24/7 mode. 

Activating its own processing center has allowed Unibank to essentially enlarge the volume of card issuance, to improve service, and also to expand the card production range. Today, you can apply for a credit card at the Bank especially designed in accordance with the requirements and abilities of certain groups of clients.
